The 33,600 acre Bandelier National Monument and the 89,000 acre Valles Caldera National Preserve lie just south and west of Los Alamos, NM. The front of the map shows the trails of the Valles Caldera National Preserve, while the back of the map shows trails of Bandelier National Monument, Dome Wilderness as well as local hiking trails in and around Los Alamos including those in the adjacent Santa Fe National Forest.
