Trinidad Lake State Park
Just a few miles southwest of Trinidad, CO in southern Colorado lies Trinidad Lake State Park. Just west of the Interstate 25 corridor in the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, this 2,700-acre park offers a variety of recreation opportunities, including 10 miles of trails through the pinon/juniper vegetation in the hills surrounding the lake, camping in the Carpios Campground, and ample water sports options such as fishing and boating. This is a fee area.
