CO-Dawson Butte Open Space - Outdoor Trail Maps

A popular hiking area open year-round just south of Castle Rock, CO is the Dawson Butte Open Space in Douglas County, Colorado. Weaving through forested areas and meadowlands is the main 5-mile loop trail with a handful of other trails branching off it around the area. None of the trails actually go up onto Dawson Butte itself, but there are wonderful views of this feature throughout the hike.
